Our Mission
The Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) is a
nationally recognized organization with a network of over 95,000
professionals, 40+ professional chapters, and 70+ student chapters
across the country. By joining ALPFA at CSUN, you become part of a
powerful nationwide “ALPFAmilia” — one that opens doors far beyond
campus.
At California State University, Northridge, our ALPFA chapter is
dedicated to building a supportive community that empowers our
members professionally, socially, and academically. Through our
events, networking opportunities, and leadership development, we
aim to uplift and guide each other toward long-term success.
