During his tenure at Warner Bros., Stelio has and continues to partner with a variety of stakeholders, from WB Technology, Legal and the Distributing Business Units, to Production, Finance and Participations in order to proactively lead Warner Bros.’ IP initiatives and ensure stakeholder needs are represented and met. Prior to joining Warner Bros., Stelio worked as a litigation attorney in Washington DC. Stelio received his undergraduate degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and his law degree from Georgetown Law School. Stelio is an avid tennis player.

Lara is an accomplished accounting and finance professional who has worked in both public account and private industry for almost 20 years. She started at SingerLewak LLP as a Staff Accountant in the assurance and advisory department and was promoted over the years up to the position of Senior Manager. Following her tenure of she went into private industry where she held a position as a Chief Financial Officer at an exhibit-fabrication company. After the sale of the company, Lara returned to SingerLewak to head up the Business Solutions Group, which provides outsourced CFO/Controller and accounting services to businesses.

He credits the skills he gained in the worlds of education and public policy as some of the things that helped him find success in the tech industry. Before entering tech Sterling lived and worked in Subsaharan Africa with an LGBTIQAA Human Rights Organization, as a Global leadership and communication trainer in Western Asia, and in higher education as a Fulbright Scholar in Europe.
