Ryan is an Audit Partner in KPMG’s Warner Center office and has over 17 years of experience serving public and non-public companies in accordance with PCAOB standards, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS within the consumer markets, retail, manufacturing, and energy industries.  Prior to joining KPMG, Ryan served for 5 years in the U.S. Coast Guard and currently serves as the lead for KPMG’s Pacific Southwest Veteran’s Network.  Ryan graduated from California Lutheran University in 2001 with a BS in Accounting, at which time he joined KPMG’s audit practice.

Ana Perez is a Consulting Senior Manager at Cognizant, a global technology company where she works closely with Communications and Media clients to implement new technologies.  Ana has over 20 years of professional work experience working across various Media and Entertainment companies in the field of finance and accounting.  Ana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from California State University, Northridge.  She is the proud daughter of immigrant parents from Jalisco, Mexico, and a 1st generation college graduate. Born and raised in the Northeast San Fernando Valley, she attended local public schools where she participated in various pre-college programs that introduce her to college and encouraged her to pursue higher education.  She is passionate about mentoring young professionals and students of all ages, sharing her own personal story and journey into college and professional life.  She enjoys traveling with her family any chance she gets, is actively involved at her children’s schools and activities, at her alma mater CSU, Northridge, and in her community.  Ana lives in San Fernando, CA with her husband Cesar, her son Isaih, and her daughter Amerysa.

VICE PRESIDENT, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DATA MANAGEMENT

Stelio Tellis is Vice President, Intellectual Property (IP) and Data Management at Warner Bros. where he helped design, implement and now executes Warner Bros.’ IP management strategy.  During his tenure at Warner Bros., Stelio has and continues to partner with a variety of stakeholders, from WB Technology, Legal and the Distributing Business Units, to Production, Finance and Participations in order to proactively lead Warner Bros.’ IP initiatives and ensure stakeholder needs are represented and met.    Prior to joining Warner Bros., Stelio worked as a litigation attorney in Washington DC.  Stelio received his undergraduate degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and his law degree from Georgetown Law School.  Stelio is an avid tennis player.

DIRECTOR, BUSINESS SOLUTIONS GROUP

Lara is an accomplished accounting and finance professional who has worked in both public account and private industry for almost 20 years.  She started at SingerLewak LLP as a Staff Accountant in the assurance and advisory department and was promoted over the years up to the position of Senior Manager.  Following her tenure of she went into private industry where she held a position as a Chief Financial Officer at an exhibit-fabrication company. After the sale of the company, Lara returned to SingerLewak to head up the Business Solutions Group, which provides outsourced CFO/Controller and accounting services to businesses.

Born and raised in the center of Indianapolis, Sterling Summerville has since travelled the world afar. Before working in Diversity & Inclusion as well as Recruiting at Snap Inc. here in Los Angeles, he spent time in the Bay Area at Google Inc. He credits the skills he gained in the worlds of education and public policy as some of the things that helped him find success in the tech industry. Before entering tech Sterling lived and worked in Subsaharan Africa with an LGBTIQAA Human Rights Organization, as a Global leadership and communication trainer in Western Asia, and in higher education as a Fulbright Scholar in Europe. In his off time, he likes to stay enthralled in gender equity activism, community service, and meeting new people.

Natalie Riso is 3x Linkedn Top Voice, Content Marketing Strategist, and Founder of Impact Mentality. Natalie graduated from USC in 2018 as the #1 most followed student on Linkedin with currently over 410K followers, and she continues to create content on Gen Z, female entrepreneurship, social impact, and corporate culture. In addition to creating content on LinkedIn and running social strategy, she started Impact Mentality, an event series and online community at the intersection of social impact, entrepreneurship, and marketing. Natalie has also consulted for academics and professionals on personal branding, served as a pitching coach for tech startups, and has been featured in Inc., Adweek, Variety, and more.

At 21 years old, Sarah Grosz dropped out of Syracuse University to pursue a digital marketing career in Los Angeles, CA. Within the first 3 months, she created her own hashtag on LinkedIn (#TechIn10) where she talks about how to use software in untraditional ways to maximize your impact through marketing. After 2 million views, she quit her job and now working for MuteSix, the #1 profit driven digital marketing agency in the world, as a Partnership Manager and Growth Strategist.

Jonathan is a graduate (Class of 2017) from the University of California, Riverside . He has had several years of experience in the business field, working at top companies including Snapchat, Boeing, and currently Google. He is active in leadership positions, holding multiple positions throughout his career for the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA), where he leads the ALPFA Nationals Ambassador program. He also runs his own career consulting firm called Wonsulting, which mission is to turn underdogs into winners. Lastly, he has his own #JWoWSpeakerSeries, speaking at over 28 universities/organizations on topics centered around LinkedIn, personal branding, and building connections.
