I just transferred from a community college last semester and currently a junior majoring in Accounting. Hi, my name is Ulysses Burgara and I am the VP of Finance. I am currently a senior majoring in Finance. I joined ALPFA three semesters ago as a member. This will mark the second semester being a part of the board. ALPFA has taught me many things as public speaking, networking, putting a resume together and learning how to interact with professionals. But the best thing I have gotten out of ALPFA is the culture. You will not encounter a club as ALPFA. Everyone is there to help and will do anything in their power to help you succeed.

Hello my name is Sandeep Kaur and I'm the director of student development. I joined Alpfa because I'm starting to fall in love with CSUN and everything it has to offer! It seemed like the perfect opportunity to network, help others, and most importantly, get to know and learn from all the members/directors. What I yearn to obtain from my position and ALPFA is to gain confidence being a business professional. I also hope to give as many opportunities to students that are yet to decide their path in business through many events. Plus, allow them to be confident and happy in their journey as well. Lastly, I would love to encourage students to step out of their comfort zone and truly start finding jobs, internships, and network before they set foot in the real world where resources become a bit less accessible.

After changing my major to Business Management I wanted to explore the pioneer organizations that DNCOBAE had to offer. I was motivated to apply for the directorship after talking to a few board members who I have seen working so hard for the organization. Lastly, being a senior I want the most out of my last year in college and what better way to make memories, than to be part of ALPFAmilia.
